NATALIA CEDENO

Human-Centered Product Designer

I’m Natalia, a product designer in the Greater Boston area focused on creating intuitive, human-centered experiences.

My background in engineering, business, and human factors helps me design with purpose and build products that fit naturally into people’s lives.

Turning human insight
into product impact
  • Understanding user needs through interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform meaningful design decisions.

  • Designing human-centered digital and physical experiences—from intuitive interfaces and prototypes to tangible product concepts that connect form, function, and usability.

  • Bridging engineering, business, and design to translate insights into product roadmaps, growth strategies, and scalable solutions.

  • Measuring Cup Redesign

A research-driven redesign of the household measuring cup focused on improving accuracy, accessibility, and usability. Drawing from patents, human-factors standards, and user insights, the design introduces a collapsible silicone cup with top-view markings and an adjustable handle, modeled in Blender to visualize form and function.

  • Planit – Study & Schedule Tracker

A space-themed productivity app that helps students plan, focus, and stay organized. Designed through a UX/UI process of interviews, personas, and task flows, the final Figma prototype spans smartphone and smartwatch experiences, making study and focus tools more accessible and engaging.

  • Aetherion – Carbon Credit Marketplace

A regenerative agriculture marketplace that turns carbon sequestration into a verified, investable asset. As Head of Business and Finance, I helped design the platform’s business model, conduct stakeholder research, and prototype data-driven dashboards that improve trust and accessibility in the carbon market.
